- Payment method
When subscribing to NFTify, please note that the subscription fee will be paid by the crypto wallet that you connect to when creating your store. We only accept payment in stablecoins such as USDT, USDC and BUSD.
It's important to keep in mind that currently, you cannot change the wallet address used to pay for your subscription. Therefore, it's essential to ensure that you connect the correct wallet when setting up your store.
- Subscription renewal
Renewal of NFTify subscriptions is an automatic process, ensuring uninterrupted access to the platform's features and benefits. Users' subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. The billing cycle for NFTify subscriptions is typically set to a monthly or yearly cycle, depending on the user's chosen plan.
The subscription cannot be renewed successfully for two reasons. Firstly, the funds in the payment wallet are not sufficient to cover the subscription plan. Secondly, the amount of token you approved from the last payment is not enough to make the next subscription payment (Read more about token approval at https://bit.ly/3WK1LTY). To avoid a failed renewal, it is crucial to regularly monitor and manage the payment wallet balance and token approvals and ensure that these are still valid and sufficient for the upcoming renewal.
When plan renewal fails for the first time, NFTify will attempt to charge every hour until successful payment is made for the following 7 days. However, after 7 days, if the payment is still not made, your store will be archived. But don't worry, you can still reactivate your store by subscribing to a plan any time later.
- Change your Plans
To change your current plan, simply navigate to the subscription section of your NFTify account and choose the new plan.
From there, you'll be able to choose a new plan that fits your needs.
❗️ It's important to note that any changes made to your plan will take effect immediately so choose wisely.
If you downgrade your plan, any difference in pricing will be updated on your credit balance. This balance will be used in the next billing cycle.
To check your credit balance, go to the setting section of your NFTify account and choose "billing", you will be able to view your current credit balance.
- Cancel subscription
To cancel your NFTify subscription plan, simply navigate to the "setting" section of your account and then click on "billing", you will see the cancel button as the
Please note that after canceling your plan, Your store will continue to be active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, your store will be archived, but you can reopen it by purchasing a new plan anytime.
If you have any remaining credit in your account when you cancel your plan, it will be saved and applied towards your next purchase if you choose to re-subscribe again in the future.
