It's simple to sell an NFT with Instant Sale method by following the steps below:

Step 1: From Store Admin site, select Sell Order. You will see your Sell Order Listing. Click on Create Order. 

Step 2: You will be moved to Create Sell Order - Instant Sale. Let's select the NFT you would like to put on sale. You can only select the Off Sale item. If you don't have an NFT available to sell, please create an NFT to get started.

Step 3: Enter On Sale Quantity, Unit Price. NFTify can show you the estimated revenue you will receive for this sell order.

Note: Tokens supported are different according to the network of your store. NFTify is available on Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum and Polygon

Step 4: Select Payout Group that you want to share profit of this order. If you don't have any Payout Group, click on Create Payout Group.

Step 5: Select Discount Code that you want to apply to this order. If you don't have any discount code, click on Create Discount Code.

Step 6: Select Whitelist that you want to apply to this sell order. If you don't have any whitelist, click on Create Whitelist.

Step 7: You can attach a Physical Item to your sell order by clicking on Add Item button. For more details, please go to How to attach a Physical Item to your Sell Order.

Step 8: To Put On Sale, you need to sign on MetaMask to confirm your request

Sign NFT if the item put on sale for the first time

Sign Sell Order to listing your item

Step 9: The sell order is created with status Active. At the same time, NFT status changed from Off Sale to On Sale.
