• In normal case, user can claim token immediately after receiving the submission successful notification and switch network on Metamask to the destination network.
• In other case,  the recipient has to connect the recipient's wallet to the system, then finds the transaction in the transaction listing (under "Receiving Token" tab) and claim token on the details page of the selected transaction
